• Cancel 8+ days in advance → Full refund.
• Cancel 2–7 days prior → Receive a rain check valid for 1 year.
• Once delivery and setup are completed, no refunds will be issued.

• For the safety of your guests and our equipment, rentals cannot be set up in heavy rain, strong winds, or severe weather conditions.
• If weather prevents your event from taking place, we will gladly reschedule your rental or issue a rain check valid for 1 year.
• If weather clears before your scheduled time, we will do our best to deliver as planned.
