Need to reschedule due to weather? No problem!
Reschedule at no extra charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A $50 credit card deposit is required to reserve your inflatable; This deposit is refundable after all equipment has been collected and inspected.
• To receive a full refund, equipment must be returned in the same clean and dry condition as delivered.
• If the bounce house or soft play items are returned muddy, wet, or excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit to cover products, time, and electricity required to prepare the equipment.
• Cancel 8+ days in advance for a full refund
• Cancel 2–7 days prior and receive a rain check valid for 1 year
